How does Temu Pricing Workflow protect my profit margins?
Temu's algorithmic price reduction recommendations for Traffic boost opportunities often drop prices below cost. Our system calculates your formula retail target using your custom tax (1.11) and markup (1.20) multipliers. If a recommended price falls below your minimum net margin threshold (default 8%), the SKU is flagged for appeal.
How do competitor reference links support appeals?
Temu requires verifiable competitor product links (e.g. on Amazon, eBay, or TikTok Shop) to justify price counter-offers. Our platform indexes and stores up to three competitor links per SKU, tracking link history across uploads and identifying SKUs that need fresh reference research.
How does real-time team collaboration prevent editing conflicts?
When an operator selects a row in the review workspace, the platform acquires a 30-second TTL lock with automatic heartbeat renewal. Other teammates instantly see visual lock badges and are prevented from overwriting active reviews. Updates are pushed live across all active sessions using Server-Sent Events (SSE).
Who can access multiple client companies?
The Temu Account Manager role is designed for agency operators and marketplace account managers who oversee multiple seller accounts. A single login grants access across invited organizations, with an instant company switcher in the top navigation. Admin Review remains the customer-owned administrator role for settings, team, billing, and workflow ownership.
What happens to review decisions when new catalog files are uploaded?
Our snapshot calculation engine generates cryptographic SHA-256 row hashes for all price, stock, and reference inputs. If input data remains unchanged between uploads, previous review decisions carry forward automatically. If Temu adjusts prices or competitor links change, the SKU is flagged for re-check.
How does billing and the free trial work?
Every new organization receives an initial free trial with full access to ingestion, margin calculation, and review workspaces. You can upgrade at any time to monthly or discounted yearly billing directly from your account screen.
