Working service terms for trial and paid use.
These terms summarize the product-access model and baseline service behavior. The signed proposal, order form, statement of work, DPA, or other commercial agreement takes precedence where it contains more specific terms.
Service scope
The service is an organisation-based SaaS workflow for pricing review, team coordination, exports, and related onboarding, support, and billing surfaces.
- The provider may maintain, secure, improve, and modify the service in the ordinary course of operating the product.
- Some features may remain disabled in a given environment until the required technical or commercial configuration is complete.
Accounts and customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for the users they invite and for use of the service within their organisation. The Admin Review user is responsible for team access, billing ownership, and organisation configuration.
- Credentials must be kept confidential and accounts must not be shared outside approved use.
- The provider may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the service.
Trials, subscriptions, and fees
Organisations may begin on a trial and later move to a paid subscription. Billing is organisation-owned and managed from the product account surface.
- Trial duration, renewal, taxes, plan changes, and billing-cycle details are governed by the active commercial agreement and billing configuration.
- Failure to maintain billing status may lead to limited-access, paused, or suspended commercial state.
Acceptable use and security
Customers and users must not misuse the service, interfere with it, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
- Security testing against the live service requires prior written permission.
- Platform-only administrative capability remains reserved to authorised internal operators.
IP, confidentiality, and liability
Customers retain rights in their own data. The provider retains rights in the software, service, documentation, and related materials. Confidentiality, liability limits, disclaimers, and indemnities are governed by the signed commercial agreement and applicable law.
